This land is where our vision takes shape - rooted in work, driven by purpose. What started as an idea is becoming something tangible: a farm that feeds, a space that builds, and a place where every season brings new momentum. From the orchard rows to the hatchery lights, this is Perry Farm coming to life.

What we're building

• A conservation-based waterfowl hatchery focused on rare and heritage breeds, including Silver Appleyards, Hookbills, and endangered geese.

• A rotational grazing and orchard system that integrates ducks, geese, and sustainable land clearing methods.

• A growing orchard of apples, pears, and cherries including endangered and heirloom varieties -designed for sustainability and long-term yield.

• A garlic and saffron venture focused on high-value, low footprint crops that support our mission and diversify our offerings.

• A seasonal cut flower garden grown for local markets and bouquet subscriptions.

• A future-on-site farm store, walking paths, and educational tours where visitors can connect with the land and learn about regenerative farming. 

• A workshop where handcrafted goods, and farm-built products - are made with care and built to last.
